Beginner class this Sunday

This Sunday, November 1st, I'll teach a beginner class from 1-2, then we'll have the jam extended a bit, until 3:30. I hope to include elements of sensation, giving and receiving support, and falling. We're going to meet again at the Lotus Center, 2711 Carpenter Road, 48108, at the corner of Central blvd (map link below). Cozy jams for October

We have a lead on a new, larger location that we may be able to try out in November, but we're so glad to be able to have the beautiful, cozy space at the Lotus Center (see map below) for the rest of October. We'll meet weekly this month, the usual time, Sundays from 1-3 PM.
